Three Sedum of OUR choice for £12.00
| (Crassulaceae). Stonecrop. Genus of about 400 species of fleshy, succulent, semi-evergreen, evergreen perennials and shrubs. They are widely distributed, most found in mountains of the N. hemisphere but some in arid areas of South America. Very variable, opposite or whorled, fleshy, cylindrical or flattened leaves and usually terminal, often compound cymes, panicles or corymbs of star shaped, 5 petalled flowers in summer and autumn. Good for rock gardens and borders. Bumble bees love Sedums. Prefer neutral to slightly alkaline soil in sun or light shade. Cut back after flowering.
