Orders can be sent out all year round if in stock but best to check Sept-March. Most plants are in 9cm/3" pots.

ORDERS + PAYMENTS: (MIN order £10 for cc). Please indicate a safe place your parcel may be left if you are out and ensure we have a contactable phone number for courier. We will advise you of when your order has been despatched by email.

We must be informed of any problems on receipt of plants as no responsibility will be taken after this.

ONLINE: Most credit cards can be used on our secure website + last 3 digits on the back (CW2)

PHONE We take orders and credit card payments over the phone.

CHEQUES Orders can be sent with a cheque payable to Westcountry Nurseries, with cheque guarantee card number on the back. Cheques and credit card payments are cashed on receipt to secure your order.

Lupins cannot be sent out before April 09 now. Other plants may be available all year round.

Please give alternatives as we will substitute unless specifically requested not to do so. Orders will not be acknowledged unless a sae is enclosed with your order.

Where we give an offer of say, 5 lupins of our choice, this means us, the grower/supplier. It does not apply if you have chosen 5 of the same variety. Due to the nature of plants, we will substitute if unable to supply your choice so please do not order if unhappy with this.

SEED orders - please send a first class stamped addressed envelope with your cheque. These can only be sold as mixed packets.

FOR OFFSHORE ORDERS- when checking out, after typing in your details, under Select Shipping - Class of Service, click the drop down menu if living offshore of the UK and select the area in which you live.

We cannot send seed to Australia, New Zealand or America due to import regs.

DESPATCH OF ORDERS: Lupin orders from September 2008 when new stock is offered, will be despatched from April 09. LUPINS WILL ONLY BE SENT OUT FROM APRIL 2009 as they are not ready before this date.

Other plants can be sent out all year round depending on availability. Sending out of part orders will incur a second delivery charge.

We have 4 lovely donkeys which are happy to be fed and loved by you or your children. Carrots are provided.

GARDENS

We have well stocked borders around the shop area which are planted up to give you ideas for your garden. We hope to have a field of lupins in 2009 for display and to continue our breeding programme.
