Clematis montana 'Tetrarose'

Large trifoliate leaves, bronze green in colour maturing to deep bronze purple. The leaflets have deeply serrated edges. This attractive foliage offsets the large, wide cup-shaped flowers. The four deep rosy-mauve tepals are rather thick and have a satin sheen, the centre is made up of a large cluster of deep yellow stamens. Eventual ht 8m/26'. Sold in 9cm pots
