Please unpack carefully and water if necessary immediately on arrival. Plant out as soon as possible. Slug pellets may be required for some varieties. Any damage to packaging or plants must be retained and then returned to us for refunds or replacements within 14 days of receipt. Refunds limited to value of plant only. Plants must be returned at customers own cost, tracking number advisable. We cannot be held responsible for them after this time once in your care, due to environmental factors which are out of our control.
We can not refund or replace beyond this time without first returning the plant within the 14 days.
DAMAGE TO PLANTS IN TRANSIT The post office now requires proof of damage so any damage to packaging or plants must be retained and then returned to us for refunds or replacements within 14 days of receipt and is limited to cost of plants only. You can claim directly yourself from the Post Office.
We recommend you take a photograph of damaged parcel and email email@example.com before returning for further assistance and instruction.
