syn flora-pleno. Magnificent late-blooming, double-flowered variety. Huge, showy greenish white double blooms from early summer onwards, compact enough for containers yet with the garden impact of a much larger vine, semi-evergreen, flowering on new wood and needs to be cut back to about a foot from the ground in late winter. Eventual Ht 8'/3m. Sold in 9cm pots.
