syn 'Goldtau'. Tufted hair grass. Evergreen, slender, arching, mound-forming grass with mid-green leaves and silver, reddish-brown flower spikes from early to late summer maturing to a golden yellow. The feathery inflorescences of this elegant, ornamental grass mature to a soft golden yellow and shimmer like a golden cloud as it catches the light. Eventual Ht 75cm/2'. Sold in 9cm pots
